As the number of aging assets rises, steel industry equipment faces higher loads, increasing the risk of failures and costly production stoppages. Frequent inspections are essential, but critical areas are often hard to access. That’s why OCAS NV has partnered with Villari to implement a more efficient approach.

Villari's wireless crack sensors provide continuous monitoring of critical locations, allowing remote tracking through a graphical interface. This ensures maintenance teams can adapt schedules and intervene at the right time, avoiding unexpected breakdowns.

The partnership combines OCAS NV's expertise in asset integrity with Villari’s cutting-edge technology, supporting proactive maintenance and extending asset lifetimes.
