Data Retention

Specifically: portal account and service data is retained for the duration of the contract and deleted within 30 days of contract termination; financial and invoicing records are kept for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law; marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Sharing your personal information

We may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services, including hosting providers, analytics partners, and payment processors.
